浙江农林大学各个食堂从去年下半年就开始尝试推出个别水果神菜,受到了学生的欢迎。这个学期开始,学校食堂陆续增加这些菜品的品种,目前该校食堂推出的水果菜品已经超过10个。水果菜品推出以来,浙江农林大学师生的微信朋友圈,也被这些难得一见的创新菜品占领,大家称这些以水果为食材的菜品为校园神菜。

浙江农林大学饮服中心主任陆英俊介绍说,学校推出的这些以水果为主要食材的菜品,其实都是原本就有菜谱的,在很多酒店、饭店以及各地的菜谱中都有,有的作为佐菜,有的作为冷盘,但是在高校食堂里以往少见,近几年有不少高校食堂开始尝试推出这些菜品,比较受学生欢迎。

“高校食堂里的就餐以年轻人为主,大学生更喜欢尝新鲜、更容易接受新的菜品。而且这些以水果为主要食材制作的菜品,清新爽口、营养丰富,在青年学生中比较受欢迎。”

陆英俊表示,浙江农林大学的学生来自全国各地,食堂的菜品也只有不断创新,才能满足不同学生的需求,不断推出一些新菜品,可以让广大师生在学校里不仅吃饱,而且能吃好,能够更好的学习工作。
