中国消费者协会15日联合京东商城、淘宝网等17家电商企业启动消费维权绿色通道平台,今后消费者如果有涉及上述电商企业的消费争议,可以由受理案件的消费者协会直接将投诉移转电商企业,此举将大幅度降低消费者异地维权成本。

近年来,远程购物投诉量持续增长。据中国消费者协会统计,2015年,全国消协组织受理远程购物投诉20083件,其中电商购物投诉占95.41%,为19162件,同比增长3.13%。

由于消费者与经营者往往处于异地,消费者主张权利难度大、成本高,成为困扰消费者的突出问题。一般情况下,消费者投诉到有关部门后,案件通常需要根据电商企业注册地的不同而进行多次分转,环节多、效率低。同时,经营者不能及时收到投诉案件,很多案件因消费者解决问题成本增加、时间拉长,致使矛盾升级。

据介绍,中国消费者协会电商消费维权绿色通道平台依托中国消费者协会现有投诉与咨询系统,增设了电商企业处理投诉链接通道。平台开通后,消费者无论身处何地,投诉到有管辖权的消费者协会后,当地消协组织均可通过该平台将投诉直接移转到加入绿色通道的电商企业的售后服务体系,电商企业收到投诉后应立即处理。

17家电商企业包括:京东商城、淘宝网、苏宁易购、唯品会、亚马逊、1号店、聚美优品、国美在线、携程网、去哪儿网、优酷土豆、风行网、美团网、大众点评网、饿了么、网易考拉海购、滴滴打车。
