就在“海运仓内参”（ID：hycplb）和同事们讨论两会新闻时，中央纪委发布消息：浙江省宁波市委副书记、市长卢子跃涉嫌严重违纪，目前正接受组织调查。
宁波官场地震
两会刚开始的时候，前辽宁省委书记王珉落马，当时“海运仓内参”（ID：hycplb）还跟大家说，近年两会期间多有“老虎”落马的情况出现，比如，2014年两会期间，云南省原副省长沈培平落马；2015年两会期间，河北省委原常委、秘书长景春华、新疆人大常委会原副主任栗智、云南省委副书记仇和与一汽集团董事长、党委书记徐建一先后被查。与仇和、徐建一在去年两会最后一天被查相仿，卢子跃在今年两会闭幕日落马了。
“海运仓内参”（ID：hycplb）注意到，卢子跃算是“土生土长”的浙江本土官员，1962年出生在浙江永康，从进入永康官场开始，其仕途辗转于永康、东阳、义乌、兰溪、台州、丽水等地，直到2013年1月成为浙江省副省长。其后，2013年5月，卢子跃调任宁波，先后担任宁波市委副书记、市长职务。由此可见，卢子跃“深耕”浙江官场多年，其从政轨迹几乎未曾离开过浙江。
在卢子跃落马前，宁波官场持续“震荡不断”。2014年12月，宁波市委常委、宣传部长洪嘉祥落马，他是半年前刚刚就任宁波市宣传部长的；2015年1月，宁波慈溪市副市长张定伟涉嫌严重违纪被查，2015年7月29日，他被判处有期徒刑十年六个月，并处没收财产人民币十五万元。
值得注意的是，2015年2月，浙江省原政协副主席斯鑫良被查。2015年9月，宁波市委常委寿永年被免职，其常务副市长的职务仍保留。其后，坊间也陆续传出了“卢子跃要出事”的消息。
卢子跃落马前的一个月
今年2月4日，卢子跃开会专题听取有关市级部门的党风廉政建设责任制落实情况汇报。在会议上，卢子跃称，党风廉政建设和反腐败是一场输不起的斗争，要把党风廉政建设和业务工作推进充分结合起来、有机统筹起来，做到“两手抓、两手硬、两不误、两促进”，用党风廉政建设助推部门重点工作的落实推进，以廉政促勤政、以勤政促发展。
到了2月22日，在宁波市第十四届人民代表大会第六次会议，卢子跃作了政府工作报告，盘点了2015年政府主要工作和“十二五”发展成就。不过，与其他省区大会上多谈及的落实中央反腐精神不同，卢子跃没有谈到本省的廉政建设问题。
据了解，宁波两会也是卢子跃最后的公开“露面”。今年2月26日下午，宁波第十四届人民代表大会第六次会议闭幕式上，卢子跃最后一次出现在公开报道中。两个多星期后，卢子跃被查的消息被公布。
