全国两会上午刚闭幕，中纪委中午再爆出猛料。浙江省宁波市委副书记、市长卢子跃涉嫌严重违纪接受组织调查。
这也是2016年全国两会闭幕后，中纪委打掉的第一个副省级老虎。
法制晚报记者（微信公众号：观海内参guanhaineican）从知情人士处获悉，卢子跃的落马，与浙江省政协原副主席斯鑫良有关。去年6月，斯鑫良被开除党籍并以涉嫌受贿罪立案侦查。
简历
调任宁波市长前 曾任浙江副省长
官方简历显示，卢子跃，男，汉族，1962年3月生，浙江永康人。1979年11月参加工作，1982年8月加入中国共产党。中央党校大学学历，高级管理人员工商管理硕士。
现任浙江省人民政府党组成员，宁波市委副书记、市人民政府市长、党组书记。
《法制晚报》记者注意到，他曾任东阳市委副书记、代市长，东阳市委副书记、市长。
2002年1月调任义乌市委副书记、市长职务。
随后他还任兰溪市委书记、台州市委常委、秘书长、丽水市委副书记、市人民政府党组书记、丽水市委书记。
2013年1月，卢子跃升任浙江省人民政府副省长、党组成员，还兼任丽水市委书记、市人大常委会主任。
2014年1月任宁波市委副书记、市人民政府市长、党组书记。由于宁波是我国15个副省级城市之一，因此从浙江副省长到宁波市长应该算平调。

《法制晚报》记者（微信公众号：观海内参guanhaineican）注意到，3月1日，全国两会前夕，就有人网上发帖询问“卢子跃真的被查了吗？”
“我也听到消息了。”网友“阿拉是愤青”的回复得到多位网友的“点赞”认同。
也有网友直接表示，已经被中纪委带走。
但有网友表示：“不明真相不要乱说卢子跃当市长口碑很好是个清官。”
对此，不少网友认为：“清官不清官不是谁说了算，由历史和人民检验。”
在另一个网站的帖子中，《法制晚报》记者注意到，有人称：“2016年2月27日已被中纪委的人带走…你懂的。。。”
卢子跃或与浙江首虎斯鑫良有染
一位知情人士告诉法制晚报记者（微信公众号：观海内参guanhaineican），卢子跃的落马与斯鑫良有关，涉嫌向斯鑫良行贿，且涉嫌收受某企业主给予的位于上海市中心的一套房产。
记者发现，某微博认证大V发帖爆料，2013年，宁波市长卢子跃的女儿嫁给了浙江某大企业集团董事长的儿子娶为妻，从而开创了浙江政企联姻。
此前，义乌、东阳的两位老板因为涉宁波卢子跃案而被带走协助调查。
据中纪委网站消息，2015年6月19日，斯鑫良因严重违纪问题被立案审查。通报称，经查，斯鑫良严重违反廉洁自律规定，收受礼金；严重违反中央八项规定精神，由他人出资安排打高尔夫球；利用职务上的便利在干部选拔任用、企业经营等方面为他人谋取利益，收受巨额贿赂；严重违反社会主义道德，与他人通奸。其中，受贿问题涉嫌犯罪。
法制晚报记者梳理相关资料发现，斯鑫良，浙江东阳人，仕途从老家东阳起步，直至1989年调任东阳县委副书记前，斯鑫良在东阳工作了17年。与卢子跃相同的是也是从未离开过浙江。
另外，据《丽水日报》报道，2011年，时任浙江省政协党组副书记、副主席的斯鑫良来丽水进行专题监督调研，当时作为丽水市委书记的卢子跃还曾全程陪同。

权力是人民给的 只为国干事为民谋利
去年2月，国务院和浙江省政府先后召开廉政工作电视电话会议。会议结束后，卢子跃在宁波分会场就贯彻落实会议精神，部署政府系统党风廉政建设和反腐败工作。
卢子跃表示，廉政建设是贯穿政府自身建设始终的一条红线，必须时时抓、处处抓。要层层传导压力，狠抓主体责任落实，突出重点问题整改，一把手要当好“第一责任人”，班子成员要严格履行好“一岗双责”，确保党风廉政建设和反腐败工作落到实处。
“我们的权力是党和人民赋予的，是为党和人民做事用的，只能用来为党分忧、为国干事、为民谋利。”卢子跃曾在参观市廉政教育展时说。
今年2月4日，卢子跃主持召开会议，专题听取有关市级部门的党风廉政建设责任制落实情况汇报。
卢子跃指出，党风廉政建设和反腐败是一场输不起的斗争，是全面从严治党的重要内容和有力支撑，必须坚定不移、持之以恒地深入推进。
他要求，各地各部门要时刻绷紧反腐倡廉这根弦，在严肃党纪党规上不放松，始终与党中央保持高度一致。
今天被宣布调查，意味着他没有绷紧反腐这根弦，在输不起的斗争中还是输了。
