宣言文发布现场 宣言文发布现场 央广网北京3月15日消息（记者 于闻）由韩国HWPL和平组织举办的“终止战争·世界和平”制定国际法宣言文发布会3月14日在首尔coex国际会议中心举行。
来自美国、英国、爱尔兰、韩国、黎巴嫩、斯里兰卡等16个国家的国际法专业人士20余人，法律界、政治界、宗教界、慈善界、非政府机构、新闻媒体、国际青年团体、国际女性代表等世界各地精英1000余人与会。其中，法务长官、外交长官、次官100余人。国际法协会英国伦敦本部副议长卡麦尔.候赛因，著名社会活动家、佛通社社长扶刚博士，中国著名律师王科峰，中国资深外交官于引，最高人民法院庞卫东，中国和平志愿者孟繁君、南京大学外国语学院蒋文杰、中国国际科学和平促进会刘安胜等和平进步人士受邀出席本次会议。
据悉，这次“终止战争·世界和平”宣言文已得到巴勒斯坦、科索沃、阿尔巴尼亚等各国政府首脑的支持与肯定。
扶刚博士在接受国际媒体采访时表示：“终止战争世界和平”制定国际法宣言文在韩国首尔发布十分及时，这是时代发展与和平运动的“胜利成果”。它充分反映了人类社会对幸福生活的渴望与珍惜。和平是文明红利，更是人类生活福利。没有和平意识，没有和平行为，没有和平环境，那么生活与追求的所有价值终归于零。受恐怖与战争环境威胁的生活是痛苦，幸福源泉的“身、心、灵”会随时倍受它的摧残与侵犯，这些反人道行径人类应坚决有力给予拒绝!
据了解，HWPL国际法委员会成立于2015年9月份。自此开始，国际法委员们为了起草此宣言，利用他们的专业知识开召开多次法律大会进行深入研讨。他们带着制止战争以及制止相关战争行为的明确目标，不知疲倦地为着《终止战争世界和平宣言文》的起草完善而努力工作。经过不懈努力，该宣言最终在委员会成立后的第六个月完成。

青年和平领袖蒋文杰说：此宣言文主要目的是，为了维持国际间和平与安全，把一个没有战争的世界作为“无价的产业”持续性的留给子孙后代。使世界各宗教共同遵守承诺：和平共处，互相包容，以及遵守贯穿于各个宗教经书中相同的精神。
在宣言文发布大会上，巴勒斯坦法务部长H.E.AliAbuDiak,黎巴嫩法律部长H.E.AliceChaptini，南非最高上诉法院院长H.E.LexMpati等国际知名法律界人士发表祝贺讲话。IWPG主席金枏熙女士在发表的讲话中提到：一旦今日的《终止战争世界和平宣言文》发表，全世界的青年和女性会迅速投身到让整个地球村的民众都支持宣言文的工作中来。共同推动此项最具有价值的工作，永远造福于我们的子孙后代。
