据央视“3·15”晚会报道，央视记者以配送员的身份与饿了么平台商家近距离接触，在接到一家名为“速客美食”的平台商家的订单后，在取餐过程中发现，原本平台显示的商户地址是朝阳区建国路93号万达广场9号楼B2层，而实际上却是通州区杨庄小区的居民楼内。
不但地址与平台显示不符，该店铺的环境与原本平台上干净整洁的餐厅也完全不同，多数商户实体门店油污横流，不堪入目。操作人员在操作过程中也存在严重的违规行为，所做菜品的卫生状况令人堪忧。而值得注意的是，这种现象并非仅此一家，也不仅仅出现在北京地区。此外，自去年起，各大外卖平台相继被曝出上线无证照餐厅的消息，引起相关监管部门的注意，并随即开展对无证照餐厅的整治行动，然而很多在整治行动中被关停的餐厅现在却仍然处于“名亡实存”的状态，仍然凭借外卖订单忙得“热火朝天”。

事实上，外卖平台被曝出上线无证照资质餐厅的消息并不是第一次，一位不愿透露姓名的餐饮业内人士告诉北京商报记者，在北京天通苑、通州等住户人口密集的地区，这种情况更为突出，很多平台商家的所谓商户就是普通住宅，搭建几个锅灶，购置些速冻半成品即可加工外卖菜品，根本谈不上卫生、资质和食品安全。
北京商报记者注意到，在央视财经微博直播饿了么事件的微博下方，有很多网友表示，目前各外卖平台之间的商户交叉很大，且很多以外卖为生的商户都会为提升订单量而同时上线多个外卖平台，因此饿了么的情况并不是个例，并呼吁相关监管部门将网络视频售卖监管条例真正落地。
饿了么昨晚回应称，将紧急成立专项组，下线所有涉事违规餐厅，并将连夜部署核查全国范围的餐厅资质。
