记者通过查阅资料发现，耳廓狐属于以上附录二，在摩洛哥和埃及等地受法律保护。然而，在赤狐的47个亚种中，只有赤狐阿富汗亚种、赤狐白足亚种、赤狐西藏亚种在附录三中。
