上海市消费者权益保护委员会公布的“3·15十大消费投诉案例”中显示,“珍爱网”因“霸王条款”限制会员退费的问题遭集中投诉,且过半投诉未能得到妥善解决。

上海市消保委方面介绍,上海浦东新区珍爱婚姻介绍所是“珍爱网”线下直营门店,2015年接到投诉30余件,其中18件未能得到妥善解决。

多位消费者投诉称,他们通过“珍爱网”(深圳市珍爱网信息技术有限公司)成功注册会员后,应邀前往浦东珍爱现场咨询。该婚介所“红娘”极力向消费者推销价值数万元的婚介服务,承诺提供“一对一”VIP相亲服务,但在《婚姻介绍服务合同》中却未标注相关承诺及具体服务约定。事后,该婚介不仅未按“口头承诺”提供相关服务,还以合同规定为由拒绝消费者的退款要求。

上海市消保委在调查中发现,消费者与浦东珍爱签订的《婚姻介绍服务合同》系格式合同,不仅未以显著方式提请消费者注意与消费者有重大利害关系的内容,还在双方的义务和权利、免责申明、其他等规定中多处出现对消费者显失公平的条款。

上海消保委指出,浦东珍爱应当严格遵守法律规定,诚信经营,妥善处理好消费者投诉。
