宝能投赞成票万科将继续停牌 “6月18日前复牌”

据悉，宝能集团高级副总裁陈琳代表宝能系参与了投票，在对万科A是否继续停牌的问题上，宝能系提交的是赞成票。
今年44岁的陈琳2000年进入深圳市宝能投资集团有限公司，先后担任深圳市宝能投资集团有限公司总经理助理、董事副总经理、董事总经理等职位，她目前还是前海人寿的监事会主席。
最终，万科股东大会投票结果显示，万科A将继续停牌至6月18日，宝能系赞成继续停牌。现场50.29%A股股东、授权股东，共128人、48亿2230万6359股，最终投票同意比例97.13271%。

对此，万科副总裁谭华杰表示与深铁合作目前签订的是MOU，即合作备忘录，没有法律约束力，有可能实施，有可能不实施；其次，400-600亿的对价只是供投资者初步了解的；从交易对价的角度来看，是以股权交易为主，不足的部分用现金补足。
谭华杰表示，未来深圳地铁会达到1千公里，达到香港的五倍，会涉及大量上盖物业的开发，在这个过程中，谁跟深圳地铁建立战略合作，谁就掌握了机会。
金融人士分析，目前万科与深圳地铁的合作还需要资产审计评估，获得有关主管部门批准，以及公司董事会、股东大会审议通过，可以说目前万科和深圳地铁的合作还处于并不完全成熟阶段。如果此番宝能反对继续停牌，可能导致重组难度加大，而重组失败后，万科A股价无疑也会受到极大影响。此前在万科公布重组计划后，港股万科次日涨幅接近10%，说明资本市场看好正常重组。此番投赞成票，对宝能和万科无疑是双赢。
