广州日报深圳讯 （记者 王纳）昨日，原南方航空股份有限公司党委委员、副总经理陈港涉嫌利用担任公司营运部门负责人的职务便利，通过帮助他人承揽包机业务等方式牟取利益，从中收受贿赂共计人民币115万元、美金1万元。昨日，陈港在深圳市中级人民法院受审，他当庭认罪，但对具体受贿数额表示异议。
检方指控：
帮人承揽包机受贿百万
检察机关指控：2001年至2007年，时任南方航空股份有限公司营运部门负责人的陈港，利用职务上的便利条件，帮助当时挂靠在成都西南民航顺达企业发展有限公司做包机业务的吴志强承揽了相关包机业务。其间，陈港先后九次共收受了吴志强人民币105万元和美金1万元的贿赂。
2006年，陈港帮助湛江日美航空服务有限公司董事长庞汉章开展包机业务，从中收受庞汉章贿赂共计人民币10万元。
起诉书还称，2008年下半年，南方航空股份有限公司董事长刘绍勇离任，国家审计署对其进行离任审计。南方航空股份有限公司的营销业务是审计的重点，陈港因担心被查，分别于2009年年中给吴志强退回人民币60万元，于2010年下半年再次退回人民币25万元。
检察机关认为，被告人陈港无视国家法律，利用职务上的便利，为他人谋取利益，非法收受他人贿赂款共计人民币115万元、美金1万元，应当以受贿罪追究其刑事责任。

认罪但“记不清”受贿额
面对检察机关的指控，陈港当庭表示认罪，但对具体的受贿数额有异议。他辩称，自己被抓时，身患多种疾病，头脑不清楚，加上事情已过去多年，已记不清受贿数额。
陈港承认确实收受吴志强的贿赂，但记忆中受贿额为80多万元。他还称，并非审计才退钱，而是因为自己在南航的事业很顺利、有前途，他不想因为此事而受到影响，于是就按照记忆中收取的数额，先后退还给吴志强共85万元，觉得这样就能“放下包袱，保住平安”了。
陈港还称，在记忆中他并没有收取庞汉章行贿的10万元，因为他记得当时庞汉章做的包机业务比吴志强大很多，“要送也不会只送10万元”，而且庞汉章和南航公司的高层关系很好，没有必要行贿他。
陈港称，他觉得并没有因为收了钱就做有损公司利益的事情，而且事后把钱退了，以为自己只是违纪而已。直到被抓后，接受检察官的教育，才知道自己行为已经触犯了法律。目前，此案还在进一步审理之中。
