日前，湖南省纪委通报了9起落实监督责任不力受到责任追究案件。分别是：

9.炎陵县司法局党组成员、纪检组长刘淑华因单位违规包干接待费用问题受到责任追究。2013年1月至2014年12月，炎陵县司法局违规包干报销班子成员接待费用，各班子成员分别以办公用品、招待费等名义报销费用共计8.73万元，其中刘淑华报销1.48万元。刘淑华因落实监督责任不力且违反廉洁纪律，受到党内警告处分。
