　　问：今天上午中方发布了尼泊尔总理奥利访华的消息。你能否介绍一下此访有关情况。

　　答：应李克强总理邀请，尼泊尔总理奥利将结合出席博鳌亚洲论坛2016年年会对中国进行正式访问。

　　此访是去年10月尼泊尔新政府成立后，中尼两国之间最高层级的互动。中国领导人将与奥利总理会见、会谈，就双边关系以及共同关心的问题深入交换意见。除北京外，奥利总理还将赴海南出席博鳌亚洲论坛2016年年会，并访问西安和成都。

　　问：中方就中国渔船被阿根廷海警船击沉一事向阿方提出交涉。中方是否得到回应？中国渔船是否在阿根廷海域作业？中方船长或阿方是否证实中国渔船有攻击阿海警船的行为？中方是否认为如此事未得到妥善解决，将对两国关系造成影响？

　　答：中国和阿根廷是友好国家，我们希望这一问题能够得到妥善解决。昨天中方在第一时间表明了严正态度。我们已经紧急向阿根廷方面提出了交涉，对事件发生表示严重关切，要求阿方对事件立即展开彻查并向中方通报详情。同时，对于渔船上的中国公民，我们要求阿方切实保障他们的合法权益，并且采取有效措施杜绝类似事件再次发生。

　　至于你问到的具体情况，我现在能够告诉你的是，中国政府和阿根廷政府正在继续通过外交渠道就这一事件保持着密切沟通，希望这一事件能够尽快得到妥善解决。

　　问：该船是否隶属于中国国有企业？

　　答：中国始终坚持通过谈判协商解决与邻国间的领土争议和海洋管辖权争议。在领土主权和海洋权益问题上，中国不接受单方面诉诸第三方的争端解决办法。菲律宾无视与中国达成的通过双边谈判解决南海争议的协议，违反《南海各方行为宣言》，违反《联合国海洋法公约》规定，滥用《公约》规定的仲裁程序，单方面提起并执意推进的南海仲裁案，是非法的、无效的。我们已经一再表明，这起非法仲裁从一开始，不管裁决结果如何，对中方没有任何约束力。

　　关于日本，我想强调，日本在南海问题上本来就没有资格说三道四。但是最近日本在这个问题上比较“活跃”，无视南海问题的基本事实，混淆视听，在国际社会大肆抹黑中国。我想告诉日方，日方这么做是徒劳的，如果说要有什么效果，只会使中国人民更加认清日方一些人现在的心态。我们也希望有关国家能够明辨是非、谨言慎行，不要被别有用心的国家因为其一己之利所利用。

　　问：据报道，印尼警方昨日击毙了2名中国籍武装分子。你是否掌握具体情况？

　　答：我们注意到有关报道，正在进一步了解有关情况。

　　中国和印尼都是恐怖主义受害者，面临国际和地区反恐形势变化带来的新威胁。近年来，“东伊运”恐怖势力不断加大向印尼渗透，同印尼恐怖极端组织勾连，在印尼开辟人员转运通道，参加国际恐怖活动。这不仅威胁中国国家安全，也给印尼及地区稳定带来现实危害。
