　　中新网3月17日电  据发改委官网消息，3月15日下午，发改委振兴司组织召开东北地区振兴系统工作推进会，学习习近平总书记3月7日参加十二届全国人大四次会议黑龙江代表团审议时的重要讲话精神，通报近期重点工作安排，明确有关工作要求和需要地方配合做好的事项，听取地方对中央预算内投资专项管理办法修订和2016年专项资金安排的意见建议。振兴司司长周建平主持会议并作总结讲话，副司长杨荫凯、副巡视员唐华，辽宁省、吉林省、黑龙江省、内蒙古自治区和大连市发展改革委负责同志参加会议。
