人社部：将研究落实适当降低社保费率工作

　　中国证券网讯 人社部相关司局负责人近日接受媒体采访时称，将按照党中央国务院要求，研究落实适当降低社保费率的工作思路。

　　据央广网3月17日报道，人社部负责人介绍，2015年，我国养老、医疗、工伤、失业、生育这五项社会保险基金总收入是4.6万亿元、总支出3.9万亿元，都比2014年底增加0.6万亿元。这就表明，我国社会保障基金是充裕的，有能力、有空间继续适当下调其缴存比例。

　　因此，人力资源和社会保障部的相关负责人指出，适当下调社保费率一方面是社保基金有结余，另一方面是我国经济发展进入新常态之后，减轻企业负担以实现“稳增长、促就业”的目标。他表示，未来会研究落实降低社保费率工作也将围绕促进实体经济发展，帮助企业降低成本来展开。
