　　日前，经中共天津市委批准，中共天津市纪委就天津百利机械装备集团有限公司原党委常委、副总经理吴树元（副局级）严重违纪问题进行通报。

　　通报指出，吴树元严重违反党的政治纪律，打探案情，与他人串供，要求他人为其出具虚假收条、作伪证，对抗组织审查；违反中央八项规定精神，多次接受他人安排的打高尔夫球活动；违反组织纪律，不如实报告个人有关事项；违反廉洁纪律，违规经商办企业；违反工作纪律，在履行合同时不负责任，造成严重不良影响；违反生活纪律，与他人发生不正当性关系；利用职务上的便利，伙同他人非法占有巨额公款，为他人谋取利益，索取或非法收受巨额财物。

　　吴树元深知自己的行为触犯了党纪国法，巨大的心理负担使他“每天战战兢兢，一有风吹草动就惶恐不安，想方设法堵漏”。对党的纪律、规矩缺乏足够敬畏，典型的“拿了害怕、退了不甘”，知惧而不知止。吴树元也有过向组织主动承认错误的想法，曾两次到天津市纪委门口，想主动讲清自己的问题，争取宽大处理，但又心存侥幸，最终没有迈入市纪委大门，错失机会。
