  共餐,易使病菌从口入

  “中国人千百年来一直沿用着共餐的习惯,一盘菜你夹我也夹,有时为了表示热情友好,还为客人夹菜,客人碍于面子也不得不吃。即使有些餐馆提供公筷,不少人觉得两双筷子换来换去很麻烦,所以公筷也成了摆设。于德志说,这种用餐习惯会带来很多健康隐患,传播很多疾病。


  俗话说“病从口入”,而病菌最常见的传播媒介就是筷子。“就餐者的口腔和唾液直接接触筷子,大家在一个盘子里夹菜,有时还互相夹菜,容易交叉感染。”安医大一附院消化内科主任医师孔德润说,共餐会增加幽门螺杆菌的传播风险,这也可能是我国人群幽门螺杆菌感染率高达50%~80%的主要原因。

  欧美人习惯分餐制,他们的幽门螺杆菌感染率明显低于中国人。于德志说,在国外,分餐与公筷制已成为日常习惯,也是文明礼仪的体现。“中国人喜欢用个人的筷子夹来夹去,实践证明这是有害公众健康的。这已经成为一个公共卫生问题,急需我们每一个人提高意识,形成共识,来切实加以改变。”于德志说,以前人们和外界接触的机会少,但现在接触非常频繁,因此建议在聚餐和家庭用餐中要使用公筷或专用餐具。


  “用公筷是安全、健康、卫生的用餐方式,同时没有吃完的食物,也可以放心地打包回家,减少食物浪费。”于德志建议,使用公筷,既是对自己的健康负责,也是对他人的尊重。
