中新网3月17日电 日前，有网友称在北京西二环一车辆违法进入应急车道行驶，车主因有车没有让其顺利通过伸出“狼牙棒”以示威胁，北京市公安局公安交通管理局今日通过官方微博称，二环路“狼牙棒男”赵某已被查获。
据悉，网友@北京交警后，交管局涉车案件侦查专业队立即开展查缉工作。通过对车号的查询，视频中的车号与车辆数据系统记载不符，由此确定该车涉嫌涉牌违法行为。办案民警通过对大量数据的比对分析，最终确定涉事车辆和车主的信息。
3月16日一早，交管局涉车案件侦查专业队部署路面警力，在该车行驶途中将“狼牙棒男”赵某查获。
经现场询问，赵某为逃避违法处罚，将自己车辆车牌字母“F”用有色胶条等物品变造成字母 “E”。
3月10日，赵某在西二环行驶过程中，违法进入应急车道内行驶，觉得有车没有让其顺利通过，心生不满，于是伸出“狼牙棒”以示威胁。经民警现场搜查，所谓的“狼牙棒”实为一根废弃的擦车油掸子把手。
3月16日，经对赵某依法询问，赵某承认了2016年3月10日在西城区西二环主路广安门桥附近涉及的所有交通违法行为。
交管部门依法对其涉及的4项交通违法行为进行了处罚：1、机动车违反禁止标线指示的违法行为，根据：《中华人民共和国道路交通安全法》第九十条、《北京市实施中华人民共和国道路交通安全法办法》第九十一条第三项的规定，处罚款100元；根据《机动车驾驶证申领和使用规定》，记 3分。
2、非紧急情况在应急车道行驶的违法行为，根据：《中华人民共和国道路交通安全法》第九十条、《北京市实施中华人民共和国道路交通安全法办法》第九十七条第五项的规定，处罚款200元。
3、变造机动车号牌的违法行为，违反了《中华人民共和国道路交通安全法》第十六条第三项的规定，根据《中华人民共和国道路交通安全法》第九十六条第一款的规定，给予行政拘留15日，处罚款5000元。
4、使用变造机动车号牌的违法行为，违反了《中华人民共和国道路交通安全法》第十六条第三项的规定，根据《中华人民共和国道路交通安全法》第九十六条第一款的规定，给予行政拘留15日，处罚款5000元；根据《机动车驾驶证申领和使用规定》，记12分。
以上四项违法行为，分别裁决，合并执行，决定给予赵某行政拘留20日，处罚款10300元，记15分。
