　　这三起案件具体如下：

　　1.海淀区妇幼保健院副主任医师梁学爱利用职务便利收取钱款问题。梁学爱利用职务便利，多次收取他人钱款，共计26万余元。经海淀区纪委常委会研究决定，给予梁学爱开除党籍处分，并移送司法机关处理。

　　2.京仪集团北京自动化系统成套工程公司综合管理部原副经理刘晓峰非法占有公共财物问题。刘晓峰利用职务便利，侵占单位加油款共计3.16万元。经北京自动化系统成套工程公司党委研究决定，给予刘晓峰开除党籍处分。

　　3.朝阳区地税局呼家楼税务所原副主任科员史明晨利用职务便利收取钱款等问题。史明晨利用职务便利，收取他人钱款，违规操作，给国家税收造成损失共计2300余万元。经朝阳区纪委常委会研究决定，给予史明晨开除党籍处分，并移送司法机关处理。
