　　新京报快讯（记者李婷婷 王嘉宁）央视“3.15”晚会曝光了一些手机APP欺骗消费者的案例，如手机抢票软件弹出“美女视频”等扣费APP、“车易拍”二手车交易平台暗扣“差价”等。3月16日，北京市工商部门组织海淀、朝阳、通州等工商分局对涉事的“车易拍”、“道有道”等企业执法检查。

　　昨日，海淀工商执法人员到达“道有道”位于北四环健翔大厦的办公地，进行执法检查。

　　对于扣费APP问题，“道有道”公司企业战略部负责人表示，相关扣费APP并非“道有道”研发，均是由其广告客户研发，“道有道”仅负责推广。目前，涉嫌扣费的“美女视频”、“超级玛丽”等软件均已从广告端下架。同时，“道有道”已对利益受损用户先行赔付，并对企业内部系统和相关软件自查。

　　海淀工商分局稽查大队执法人员介绍，道有道科技有限公司的原注册地址在枫蓝国际公寓，海淀工商执法人员到注册地后，发现经营地址已变，技术手段查询后发现，目前在健翔大厦办公。目前，执法人员已对该公司查账，并于与负责任沟通，了解其财务报表、人员构成等情况。

　　今日上午，在北京市工商局召开的新闻通气会上，稽查总队业务指导和信息情报大队大队长魏炳桥介绍，“3.15”曝光的相关案例此前已做预案，违法问题曝光后，执法人员第一时间搜集档案信息，到现场取证。目前正对涉案所有企业做进一步调查，将根据执法线索及时立案，并及时公开调查结果。
