　　本报讯 昨日，安徽省检察院官方微博发布信息称，经省检察院指定，黄山市原市委常委、副市长张文明（副厅级）及其同案人郁金共同受贿一案，日前由宣城市检察院提起公诉。据指控，张文明利用职务之便，在房地产开发等事项上为他人谋取利益，与郁金共同受贿290万元，单独受贿110万余元。

　　今年58岁的张文明曾任黄山市委常委、祁门县委书记，案发前任黄山市市委常委、副市长。2015年4月，经安徽省检察院指定，宣城市检察院以涉嫌受贿罪对张文明立案侦查。今年42岁的郁金系黄山龙恒汇金置业有限公司股东。

　　宣城市检察院指控称，被告人张文明在黄山市屯溪区工作期间结识被告人郁金。此后二人长期交往，关系密切，逐渐形成共同的利益关系。2001年至2014年，蒋某等人通过郁金向张文明转达请托事项，张文明先后利用担任祁门县委书记、黄山市市委常委、黄山市副市长职务上的便利，在项目审批、土地性质变更等事项上为上述请托人员提供帮助，由郁金收受请托人给予的人民币共计290万元，郁金先后为张文明支付房屋装修、家具电器、服饰、住宿以及日常消费等款项。

　　宣城市检察院认为，应当以受贿罪追究张文明、郁金两被告人的刑事责任，且两被告人系共同犯罪。
