　　预计，3月18日08时至18日20时，北京中南部、天津、河北中南 部、河南大部、山东西部、安徽北部、陕西关中、湖北中东部、湖南东北部等地的部分地区有中度霾，其中，北京南部、河北中部、山东西部、河南东部、陕西关中 等地局地有重度霾。18日中午开始，受冷空气影响，上述地区的霾将自北向南逐渐减弱。

　　防御指南：

　　1、因空气质量明显降低，人员需适当防护；

　　2、呼吸道疾病患者尽量减少外出，外出时可带上口罩。
