中缅国际铁路通道保瑞段主体工程开建
中新社昆明3月18日电  (毛铁勋 谭文峰 黄德庆)中国中铁五局集团有限公司18日发布,中缅国际铁路通道大(理)瑞(丽)铁路保(山)瑞(丽)段主体工程17日晚正式开工,大瑞铁路建设进入新阶段。

  中铁五局承建大瑞铁路保瑞段土建三标,线路自云南保山市隆阳区至蒲缥镇,管段全长18657米,工程合同总造价11.35亿元人民币。

  当晚正式施工的是保山隧道,该隧道全长16097米,隧道内地质条件复杂,集断层破碎带、岩溶、高地应力、高地温、岩堆、滑坡等不良地质于一体,工期风险高、安全风险大,施工通风困难,施工组织和管理难度大,是全线控制工期的重难点工程之一。

  中缅国际铁路通道云南境内段从昆明出发,经云南楚雄、大理、保山,最终到达中缅最大陆路口岸瑞丽。大瑞铁路全长330公里,为国铁I级单线电气化铁路,分大理至保山、保山至瑞丽两段建设。大理至保山全长133公里,已于2008年开工建设。保山至瑞丽段全长196.42公里,设计时速140公里,全线共有桥梁82座、隧道22座,桥隧比占全长的69.76%。

  作为中国西南边疆省份,云南正在加紧建设以昆明铁路枢纽为中心的“八出省、五出境”铁路网,构筑云南铁路通江达海、连接周边的枢纽中心。大瑞铁路建成后,将进一步凸显云南面向南亚东南亚开放的辐射中心地位,推动云南与南亚东南亚的合作发展。
