三峡库区污染及水华预警:十分钟完成突发应急测算

  新华网武汉3月18日消息,“三峡库区及上游流域水环境风险评估与预警技术研究与示范”课题成果汇报会日前在武汉大学举行。与会专家表示,此项研究通过集成物联网自动监测体系,构建了实时化、自动化、业务化的流域水环境风险管理平台,为水环境评价及污染控制、突发污染风险以及“水华”风险预警、应急减灾等提供技术支撑。


  课题负责人、武汉大学资源与环境科学学院张万顺教授介绍,作为国家水体污染控制与治理科技重大专项,课题研究范围为三峡库区及上游流域,涉及100万平方公里流域范围,663公里长江干流河段。


  科研人员在充分研究三峡库区水环境风险特点的基础上,围绕环境大数据采集、云存储、大尺度模拟计算、高性能计算、流域风险评估与预警以及业务化软件平台等内容,进行了技术攻坚,形成三峡库区强时空变异面源污染模拟技术、三峡库区“水华”风险预警模拟技术、三峡库区全流域的空-地-水一体化水环境模型体系等一系列成果。


  来自国务院三峡办、太湖流域管理局等单位的专家认为,此项研究引入大数据和高性能计算,构建了库区流域非点源污染模型和入库污染物通量核算模型、突发性和累积型风险评价与预警模型,突发应急模拟预测计算时间提高到10分钟以内、模拟维度由一维提升到三维,极大地提高了突发应急的响应时间和预测精度;在累积性风险评估中,考虑气象、面源、底泥等综合影响过程,在全流域大尺度范围内准确地评估“水华”的发生风险。

  张万顺介绍,课题成果已在重庆、四川等环保部门业务化运行,实现了水文、水质、气象等业务数据自动搜集、处理和分析,并能实时开展水环境情景模拟、水环境质量预报评估、水环境风险预警及信息发布等服务。
