Environmental monitoring division of the Department of environmental protection said Luo Yi, 16th in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region PM2.5, PM10, average concentration of 160 mg/m respectively, 236 mg/m, compared with the day before by 60%, respectively 34.9%. As of 17th, at 16 o′clock, in 13 cities of Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei region, and severe pollution in Beijing, Langfang, Baoding, Chengde, Shijiazhuang, severe pollution, Tangshan, Tianjin, Zhangjiakou and moderate pollution in hengshui, Handan, xingtai, for light pollution in Qinhuangdao, Cangzhou for good.

March 16, Beijing daily mean concentrations of PM2.5 to 250 μg/m PM10 daily average concentration of 261 micrograms/cubic meter. As of 17th, at 16 o′clock, to 288 μg/m3 PM2.5 hour average concentration, AQI is 338, air quality is a serious pollution.

Luo Yi, according to the China environmental monitoring center and the Beijing city, Tianjin City, Hebei province environmental monitoring central station air quality forecast consultation results, 18th, atmospheric dispersion conditions less favourable in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region, North of Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei to mild to moderate pollution; in Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei southern moderate to severe pollution. 19th the diffusion conditions slightly improved, North of Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei, from benign to slightly polluted; Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei in the South with mild to moderate pollution. From 20th to 22nd, the diffusion conditions unfavourable to Liang to light pollution, mainly in northern Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei, Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei in the South with moderate to severe pollution.

环保部：京津冀区域空气重污染过程依然持续|空气污染|京津冀|pm2.5_新闻资讯

　　新华社北京3月17日电(记者吴晶晶) 环境保护部17日通报，16日至17日，京津冀多个城市出现空气重度污染。未来几天，京津冀区域空气重污染过程依然持续。

　　环保部环境监测司司长罗毅介绍说，16日，京津冀区域内PM2.5、PM10平均浓度分别为160微克／立方米、236微克／立方米，与前一日相比分别上升60.0%、34.9%。截至17日16时，京津冀区域13个城市中，北京为严重污染，廊坊、保定、承德、石家庄为重度污染，唐山、天津、张家口、衡水为中度污染，邯郸、邢台、秦皇岛为轻度污染，沧州为良。

　　北京市3月16日PM2.5日均浓度为250微克／立方米，PM10日均浓度为261微克／立方米。截至17日16时，PM2.5小时平均浓度为288微克／立方米，AQI为338，空气质量属严重污染。

　　罗毅表示，根据中国环境监测总站和北京市、天津市、河北省环境监测中心站空气质量预报会商结果，18日，京津冀区域大气扩散条件较为不利，京津冀北部以轻度至中度污染为主；京津冀中南部以中度至重度污染为主。19日，扩散条件略有改善，京津冀北部，以良至轻度污染为主；京津冀中南部以轻度至中度污染为主。20日至22日，扩散条件不利，京津冀北部以良至轻度污染为主，京津冀中南部以中度至重度污染为主。

　　北京市近期受地面低压控制，大气扩散条件不利，预计3月18日，空气质量为重度污染；19日，受弱东北冷高压影响，地面转为东北风，扩散条件较好，空气质量为良；20日，风速有所减小，空气质量为良至轻度污染。

　　目前，北京、廊坊、唐山、保定、德州、郑州等城市已启动重污染天气黄色预警，天津市启动了重污染天气橙色预警，并实施应急响应措施。环保部将密切关注空气污染形势，督促指导各地做好重污染天气应对工作。(完)
