Beijing recently affected by low voltage control, adverse atmospheric dispersion conditions are expected on March 18 and severe pollution of air quality on 19th, under the influence of weak Northeast cold high ground to northeasterly winds, spread good air quality for the good on 20th, wind speeds decreased, from benign to slightly polluted air quality.
At present, Beijing, Langfang, Tangshan, Baoding, Texas, Zhengzhou city started heavy pollution weather yellow warning, heavy pollution weather Orange alert was launched in Tianjin, and implementation of emergency response measures.

环保部：京津冀空气重污染或持续多日
中青在线北京3月17日电（中国青年报·中青在线记者 刘世昕）3月16日起，新一轮霾污染来袭，截至17日16时，京津冀区域13个城市中，北京为严重污染，廊坊、保定、承德、石家庄为重度污染。
环保部环境监测司司长罗毅介绍说，根据中国环境监测总站，北京市、天津市、河北省环境监测中心站空气质量预报会商结果，18日，京津冀区域大气扩散条件较为不利，京津冀北部以轻度至中度污染为主；京津冀中南部以中度至重度污染为主。19日，扩散条件略有改善，京津冀北部，以良至轻度污染为主；京津冀中南部以轻度至中度污染为主。20日~22日，扩散条件不利，京津冀北部以良至轻度污染为主，京津冀中南部以中度至重度污染为主。
北京市近期受地面低压控制，大气扩散条件不利，预计3月18日，空气质量为重度污染；19日，受弱东北冷高压影响，地面转为东北风，扩散条件较好，空气质量为良；20日，风速有所减小，空气质量为良至轻度污染。
目前，北京、廊坊、唐山、保定、德州、郑州等城市已启动重污染天气黄色预警，天津市启动了重污染天气橙色预警，并实施应急响应措施。
