IT资讯讯 3月18日消息，近日，范冰冰李晨在青岛购置近千万房产的消息遭曝光，网友还晒出了产权信息图片。对此，有网友质疑，青岛市国土资源和房屋管理局（以下简称“青岛房管局”）相关工作人员涉嫌利用职务之便，侵犯和泄露公民个人隐私信息，并在该局官网进行了投诉。
现在山东省青岛市国土资源局和房屋管理局通过官方微博做出回应称，针对近日网友反映的涉嫌违规泄露当事人购房信息一事，经查明：市不动产登记中心一名工作人员违反工作纪律，擅自查询当事人购房信息并发送到个人微信亲友群，导致当事人购房信息被泄露。鉴于该工作人员的行为违反了不动产登记信息查询和保护的相关规定，市不动产登记中心已将该工作人员予以辞退。
2015年3月1日起施行的《不动产登记暂行条例》第二十六条规定，“不动产登记机构、不动产登记信息共享单位及其工作人员应当对不动产登记信息保密”。第三十二条规定，“不动产登记机构、不动产登记信息共享单位及其工作人员，查询不动产登记资料的单位或者个人违反国家规定，泄露不动产登记资料、登记信息，或者利用不动产登记资料、登记信息进行不正当活动，给他人造成损害的，依法承担赔偿责任；对有关责任人员依法给予处分；有关责任人员构成犯罪的，依法追究刑事责任。”
