面对此情况，王彦的团队一方面做商家的工作，取得证据，另一方面封掉与葛岭相关的刷手账号。看到自己积攒的3000多个刷手账号被封，葛岭最后对外表示解散公司，不再碰刷单。
虽然打掉了葛岭刷单团，但王彦明白，他和团队还是输了。因为葛岭未因刷单遭到真正惩罚。在处理葛岭一事时，王彦曾想寻求法律支持并报警，但因没有判例，葛岭最终没受到法律的惩处。
“等风头过了，他完全可以再招一批人继续开他的刷单公司。除了封号，罚商家点钱，我们还能怎么办？”王彦无奈地说。
生态圈恶化
消灭刷单需全社会参与

但在思函看来，这样做无疑是饮鸩止渴。“‘刷单’破坏的是整个电商生态。传统线下，消费者能看到实物，可以通过观察建立信任。而电商平台，大家看不到实物，只能通过信用体系来判断。这也是电商平台的核心价值，一旦刷单破坏了这个体系，后果则不堪设想。”思函说。
但如今，在旺盛的刷单需求推动下，越来越多的普通人参与到刷单产业中。其中不少是在校大学生和家庭主妇。大家利用闲暇时间刷单，挣外快。
“解决刷单、虚假宣传绝不能只靠阿里巴巴、电商。首先在法律上，应对刷单组织者和商家给予有力处罚。让大家认识到刷单是错误的、不道德的，只有形成全社会的共识，拒绝刷单，电商环境才能得到改善。”思函说。
