　　中国经济网北京3月19日讯 在3月19日举行的“2016年经济形势与电力发展分析预测会”上，中国电力企业联合会发布报告称，2016年煤电生产利润可能大幅压缩，企业亏损面和负债率将明显上升，很可能再次面临全行业亏损局面。

　　报告指出，在电煤等燃料价格大幅下降的有利形势下，煤电行业2015年实现了较好的经营业绩，但这并不能掩盖煤电企业面临的困境。一方面，随着 电力消费持续放缓和非化石能源快速发展、利用小时持续下滑，2015年煤电主营业务收入已经出现负增长、且逐季加重，2016年可能更加突出。

　　另一方面，当前电煤价格已经处于十年来低位，未来下降空间非常有限、上涨预期逐步提升。而从2016年1月1日起，煤电发电上网电价在2015 年4月下调2分/千瓦时的基础上再下调3分钱/千瓦时，此次下调将导致全国煤电行业利润减少超过1100亿元，利润减少额超过2015年煤电行业利润总额 的一半。

　　此外，各地组织开展电力用户直接交易，也将进一步压低煤电上网电价。

　　报告指出，当前，煤电在我国发电生产中仍占绝对比重、且短时间内不可完全替代，煤电大面积严重亏损可能会影响到电力生产、甚至造成电力系统供应能力不足。
