　　今天下午，国防大学教授公方彬在接受法制晚报记者（微信公众号：观海内参guanhaineican）采访时表示，由于刘源将军已经退役，同时刘源将军在我国公众中的知名度，捐赠上将军服主要起展示作用，教育年轻一代的校友，因此这一行为并不违反规定。
