各地已开展涉案问题疫苗核查
新华社北京3月19日电 山东警方破获案值5.7亿元非法疫苗案的消息近日引起社会强烈关注。目前，各地食药监部门已根据国家食品药品监管部门要求开展涉案问题疫苗核查。

　　2月23日，新华社就此案做了报道。据山东济南警方通报，2010年以来，该省庞某卫与女儿孙某非法购进25种儿童、成人用二类疫苗，未经严格冷链存储运输销往广东、河南、安徽、四川等全国18个省市。2015年4月28日，济南市公安局食药环侦支队会同济南市食药监局食品药品稽查支队，一举捣毁一处位于偏僻厂房内的仓库，现场查获大批预防流行性乙型脑炎等人用疫苗，价值近70万元，并将犯罪嫌疑人庞某卫及其女儿孙某抓获。目前，除已查获的疫苗被查封外，有关部门还在查找其他“问题疫苗”的流向和使用情况。针对网络上的这些生物制品交流群，公安网监部门也介入调查。

　　国家食品药品监管总局新闻发言人18日表示，食品药品监管总局对此事件高度关注。食品药品监管总局要求，根据公安机关提供的线索，涉案产品流入地省级食品药品监管部门立即查明流入的疫苗产品购进、使用和库存情况，对尚未使用的立即查扣；对已用于人体接种的，会同卫生计生部门迅速查清具体情况，并对接种效果进行评估，切实保护公众健康。对向非法经营疫苗嫌犯销售产品的生产经营企业，以及从其购入产品的经营、使用单位，由所在地省级食品药品监管部门立即立案调查，依法严肃处理。

　　河南省目前已经全面开始排查，截至18日晚暂未发现问题疫苗流入数量、去向等情况。河南省食药监局已经和山东食药监局取得联系，希望得到更多线索，以便做好排查工作。截至目前河南省已经安排全省所有市县的相关部门进行全力排查，尚未发现因此次曝光的问题疫苗导致的重大医疗病例。河南省食药监局表示，一旦排查发现情况，将会第一时间向社会通报。

　　针对社会普遍关心的当前河南省内疫苗质量问题，相关负责人表示，根据国家规定，河南省内一类疫苗是经过省级统一招标，逐级下发的，二类疫苗绝大多数是从疾控机构逐级供应。但对于疫苗的储存和运输，河南省疾控部门有一整套规范和制度进行管理。

　　广东省食品药品监管局相关负责人18日回应，目前广东省监管部门已经与国家食品药品监督管理局联系，协调调取非法疫苗流向数据，尽快开展核查工作。广东省疾控中心相关负责人介绍，广东并未向没有资质的任何企业或个人采购任何疫苗。

　　安徽省食药监局相关负责人介绍，安徽省食药监局已于18日向山东省食药监部门联系，要求山东提供流向安徽省的疫苗的时间、品种、批号、数量及流向地点等信息，一旦得到对方反馈，安徽省食药监部门将立即展开行动，进行细致排查。另外，安徽省食药监局已经对辖区内所有正规渠道的疫苗批发企业进行了彻查，目前未发现有问题疫苗。
