Chen stressed that both Chou, a Sue case, Duan Yikang or Chen Minfeng cases, court decisions and the special investigative unit found that the same fully prove the innocence of President Ma Ying-jeou, has not received improper political donations.
Ma Ying-jeou appointed lawyer Hong Wenjun said, after the special investigation unit and the Court in the present case after the investigation and the trial, are said to prove that Chen Minfeng industry funds donated 200 million Yuan (NT $), is simply not true.

政治献金案官司败诉 马英九深感遗憾将上诉(图)

　　中新网3月19日电 据台湾“中央社”报道，马英九不满遭指收非法政治献金，向媒体工作者陈敏凤求偿，台北地院判马英九败诉。马办发言人陈以信18日表示，马英九对此感到遗憾；委任律师说，会再依法提起上诉。

　　陈以信表示，虽然判决内容足可证明马英九的清白，法院只是给陈敏凤较低的查证义务，但马英九对此判决结果未能导正名嘴不实爆料的歪风，仍然感到遗憾。

　　陈以信指出，先前针对马英九被不实指控收受顶新集团政治献金案，特侦组曾以近6个月时间，传唤110名证人，调阅当事人三亲等以内亲人所有银行帐户资料10万笔，并调查57个相关机关之后，去年6月间以查无不法签结，还给马英九清白。

　　陈以信强调，不论是告周玉蔻案、段宜康案或陈敏凤案，法院判决都与特侦组认定相同，充分证明马英九是清白的，并未收取不当政治献金。

　　马英九委任律师洪文浚则表示，本案经过特侦组及法院的调查及审理后，均可证明陈敏凤所称电子业集资捐款2亿元(台币)，并非事实。

　　洪文浚说，法院虽认为陈敏凤有消息来源，但所谓消息来源却只是听刘文雄转述的流言，陈敏凤对于听闻刘文雄传述的流言后，丝毫未再进行任何查证，率而将其所听闻的不实讯息径予散布。

　　洪文浚表示，如果这种以讹传讹的行为是法所许可，那名誉权的保护几成具文。因此本件会再依法提起上诉，以正视听，并维护马英九名誉。
