  1、工资怎么涨?

  近期已有多个省份明确提出将在2016年调整机关事业单位基本工资。


  吉林:2015年12月31日,吉林省人力资源和社会保障工作视频会议透露,2016年要完善机关事业单位分配制度,调整机关事业单位基本工资标准。


  四川:2016年1月19日,四川全省人社工作会议召开,提出今年将调整机关事业单位基本工资标准。


  内蒙古:1月19日,内蒙古全区人力资源和社会保障工作会议明确,按照国家要求,今年要调整机关事业单位基本工资标准,这是建立基本工资标准正常调整机制后的首次调整。


  山东:2016年1月24日,山东省在政府工作报告提出,将根据国家部署,调整机关事业单位基本工资标准。


  河南:1月底,河南省也在政府工作报告中提出,今年要适当提高机关事业单位人员基本工资,落实县以下机关公务员职务与职级并行制度和乡镇工作补贴。


  辽宁:据辽宁当地媒体报道,辽宁省人社厅工作人员表示,今年年内辽宁将按照国家部署对机关事业单位人员的基本工资进行调整,并将形成一定规律,近年来是每两年调整一次。


  4.“吃住行”红线怎么划?


  除了涨工资,今年,公务员待遇还有一些新的变化:一方面是基本工资的提升,另一方面是“吃住行”红线的明确划分。据财政部网站消息,从1月1日开始,中央和国家机关差旅住宿费已执行新的标准。

  3、吃:各地财政部门根据当地经济社会发展水平、市场价格、消费水平等因素自主规定伙食标准。据媒体梳理,除西藏、青海和新疆定为120元每天,其他各地标准大多为100元。
