  上述知情人士还提到,起泡酒的受众群主要是女性,渠道主要集中于夜场、电商渠道,所以这些仿制进口起泡酒一般会选择在夜场和电商渠道,价格一般很低。


  大量仿制背后,是利益在驱使。2014年前的几年时间,进口起泡酒消费出现“井喷”。为了谋求更大利益,一些供应商、经销商蜂拥而至冲入起泡酒市场。


  数据显示,2015 年上半年,我国进口起泡酒总量为4,857,009 升,同比下降14.09%,据最新数据显示,2015年1~11月,我国瓶装酒和散装酒进口量额不仅出现两位数的同比增长,甚至已超过2014年全年的进 口水平,而起泡酒前11个月累计进口量额同比分别下滑8.9%和27.5%。显然“井喷”已成“泡影”。


  仿制起泡酒成本仅7元左右


  “据我了解,近几个月,福建、湖南等起泡酒夜场消费市场就开始大量采购从山东灌装的仿制进口起泡酒,这类仿制品价格低廉,生产成本大概六块钱左 右,包装好一点的在8块左右,很多原料都没有葡萄酒,葡萄原酒含量非常低。”有熟知起泡酒造假的业内人士潘鑫(化名)告诉记者。


  他说,山东烟台产区仿制起泡酒的主要是一些不成规模的小酒厂、小作坊。


  不愿意具名的葡萄酒行业营销专家赵越(化名)告诉记者:“烟台产区制假严重,并且造假者手段非常高明,为了节约成本,仿制的起泡酒里葡萄酒含量 非常少,甚至不加酒精,通过加入一些有酒精味道的添加剂来仿制,这类酒成本大概在四五块钱左右,而通过夜场渠道,一般的售价会在100元左右。”


  而酒易酩庄董事长张言志认为,“目前起泡酒市场泡沫严重,起泡酒酒瓶的价格、塞子的价格、工艺的价格等都是高于普通葡萄酒,从这几个方面来讲,起泡酒的成本是高于普通葡萄酒的。”


  有业内人士分析认为,一般售价低于100元/瓶的起泡酒,不可能是传统的瓶内发酵,为了健康,大家还是要慎重选择。


  赵越对记者表示,此类小酒厂造假主要有两类:一种是“老瓶装新酒”,造假者收购酒瓶,购买定制瓶,再装上自己生产的酒,其他的造假方式无外乎“傍大款”,取个相近的山寨名字,混淆消费者。


  “此外,相对‘好’一点的会从国外进口廉价的成品酒到国内进行灌装。最常见的起泡酒造假方式就是直接高压加打二氧化碳用水、酒精、糖精、香精等勾兑。”潘鑫如是说。


  夜场、电商是主要流通渠道


  而大量仿制的起泡酒的流通渠道在哪里,潘鑫对记者表示,主要是电商渠道,这也是烟台等众多仿造起泡酒的小酒厂生存的基础,“越是出名的起泡酒造 假越多,之前在夜场、电商畅销的起泡酒,在烟台等地的葡萄酒厂被大量仿制,一般的进口起泡酒最低成本要13~14元,加上运输、关税等成本至少也在40元 左右,这还算是比较低质的起泡酒,而现在很多网上充斥大量20元左右的起泡酒,这样的货源是有问题的。”


  记者在某电商网站查询,大量750ml的进口起泡酒仅售卖15元/瓶,甚至还包括运费,价格非常低廉。


  “这已经是很普遍的现象了,自2014年起泡酒市场繁荣,夜场、电商等渠道需求量大,我认识一些从烟台等地其他渠道购进仿制进口起泡酒的经销商,就在明目张胆地到处找销路。”赵越说道。


  欧洲最大的葡萄酒集团卡思黛乐中国区总裁殷凯早前在接受记者采访时表示,2011年,卡思黛乐收购了法国第二大起泡酒生产商,但是这一品牌的进口起泡酒在中国市场只有少量的销量,其中一个原因就是,国内的合作方认为该品牌不具备价格优势。


  “夜场是仿制酒的重灾区,大的洋酒品牌像帝亚吉欧、保乐力加对渠道有很强的控制力,但是对于中国市场的这种屡禁不止的仿制乱象也没有办法,仿制酒价格低廉,单纯拼价格,我们没法竞争。”殷凯进一步解释道。


  起泡酒将由“大乱”到“大治”


  据国际葡萄酒与烈酒调查机构IWSR提供的数据显示,中国市场的起泡酒消费量已由2009年的370万瓶升至2013年的1300万瓶。


  海纳机构总经理吕咸逊调研分析认为,进口起泡酒目前还处在鱼龙混杂的状态,而消费者为什么会在不知进口起泡酒的一些基础信息的情况下,选择了消费进口酒,特别是中低端的进口起泡酒呢,我个人觉得消费者是基于安全、信誉的因素买下的,大家的理解是“进口的,安全”。


  起泡酒在2014年“热”起来后,看到起泡酒市场“钱”景的供应商、经销商便蜂拥而至冲入起泡酒市场。


  “之前起泡酒当香槟一样卖,需求多,到了2015年以后,就不行了。”有起泡酒经销商对记者说,起泡酒在中国市场上尚未成熟,在短期井喷之后,市场出现假冒伪劣产品,在消费者心中造成了不好的影响,也不利于产品品牌形象的构建。


  不过,吕咸逊认为,进口起泡酒的品牌鱼龙混杂的局面将通过品牌的集中实现由“大乱”到“大治”,类似于国内高端白酒市场,未来那些低劣的产品将会被市场所淘汰。


  国观智库合伙人张议表示,以往的廉价起泡酒,尤其是人工加糖加气、保质期不足一年的,高库存凸显,而且加上起泡酒消费区域过于集中,约八成销售集中在北京、上海、广东,但目前这些区域频临阶段性饱和,导致增长减缓,发展遭遇瓶颈,目前经销商对起泡酒不敢贸然进货。


  但张议也认为,尽管未来发展前景尚不明朗,经过了一年的库存消化和泡沫挤压,起泡酒市场一年的低迷换来的是库存的减少和更多理性的酒商,相信2016年起泡酒市场相比2015年会有所反弹,不过也不大可能出现2014年一样的疯涨。
