法晚深度即时（稿件统筹：朱顺忠 深度记者 王选辉）今天下午，法制晚报（微信公号ID：fzwb_52165216）记者了解到，此前曾蒙冤22年的许金龙等4人和家属分别来到福建省高院和福建省检察院，送上金色牌匾，感谢两司法机关在推动案件平反时所做的工作。
1994年1月13日夜里，福建莆田忠门镇前范村66岁的村民郑金瑞在家中被捆绑致死，警方立为“忠门1·14凶杀案”。公安经侦查后认定许金龙、许玉森、张美来、蔡金森为犯罪嫌疑人。福建高院经审理于1999年4月4日作出二审判决，以抢劫罪判处许玉森、许金龙、张美来、蔡金森死刑缓期二年执行。此后，许金龙等4人的家人坚持申诉。
法晚（微信公号ID：fzwb_52165216）记者获悉，2014年2月，福建省检察院向福建高院提出再审检察建议。今年2月4日，福建高院开庭再审此案，并依法宣判：撤销原审判决，宣告许玉森、许金龙、张美来、蔡金森无罪。
该案也在今年全国两会上被写入最高人民检察院报告当中。
最高检工作报告称，检察机关勇于自我纠错，对检察机关从当事人申诉或办案中发现的“陈满故意杀人放火案”“钱仁风投放危险物质案”“许金龙等4人抢劫案”“杨明故意杀人案”等冤错案件，分别提出抗诉或再审检察建议，人民法院已依法再审改判无罪。
蒙冤当事人之一的蔡金森告诉记者，为了感谢福建高院和省检察院在平反这起冤案所中的工作，4人商量后决定给两个单位送上感谢牌匾。
今天上午不到8点，4名蒙冤当事人和家属十余人就从莆田出发，大约10时来到福建高院。给福建高院的感谢牌匾上写着：“二十二载囚铁窗，习总法治普阳光，妈祖青天在当代，世世代代铭党恩”，福建高院副院长及办理该案的合议庭成员共同收下了这个牌匾，并向他们了解四人出狱这段时间的生活。下午，一行人又来到福建省检察院，送上感谢牌匾：“法律监督尽职责，为民伸冤显公平。”
《法制晚报》记者了解到，目前许金龙等4人正在和律师商讨关于国家赔偿的相关细节，近期会向法院提出赔偿申请。
