随着智能手机和人的关系越来越紧密,手机支付越来越成为人们首选的支付方式,以支付宝和微信支付为主的第三方支付在线下的渗透率已经非常之高,加上此前刷卡手续费较高的时候,商户主动“怂恿”用户使用支付宝或微信,传统的支付方式地位难保。根据报道,虽然支付宝或微信支付商户也要缴纳手续费,在第三方支付机构的补贴下,费率仅为0.4%-0.6%不等,远低于目前银行卡刷卡的费率,加上支付宝微信等对商户经常会采取“首年返还”之类的补贴,更是吸引商户推荐后者。而本次刷卡手续费降到同等水平后,至少商户可能不会“阻拦”用户刷卡了,这对支付宝和微信支付这样的第三方支付而言,显然会形成冲击。

因此,IT资讯认为,这次发改委和央行出台的将刷卡手续费降低到和微信支付宝同等费率的级别,可谓是一个“一箭双雕”的政策,既能减少商户的运营负担,提升消费者的购物体验,在商业层面也能对支付宝微信支付等第三方支付机构造成麻烦。接下来,我们或许可以期望该政策的有效落实,以及借记卡、贷记卡在支付体验方面的提升。
