“斗鱼平台”直播性行为不雅视频网络疯传
记者在调查中发现，由于利益驱使，不少网络直播平台都充斥着所谓的“劲爆”直播，其中不乏色情、暴力等低俗直播。
今年1月10日晚，微博上突然出现“某直播平台造娃娃”的热点话题。据截图显示，在“斗鱼直播”平台中一个名为“放纵不羁123”主播竟然在直播间直播了性行为，这名主播还在直播间打出“直播造娃娃”的字样。截图显示该直播间当时人气火爆，网友纷纷在弹幕上留言。之后该直播平台关闭了涉事的直播间，但是这位主播的不雅视频已被网友拍下，并在网上传播。
事发数小时后，江苏网警官方微博发布消息，专门@了“斗鱼直播平台”，称：“直播造人都能堂而皇之出现在贵公司直播平台上。如果做不好内容审核，可以关停服务器整顿几个月。”由于“斗鱼直播”的注册地为湖北武汉，江苏网警还在微博中@了武汉网警巡查执法。
“斗鱼直播”对此在官方微博发文称：对于某主播涉及不良信息事件，平台管理员已经在第一时间将其直播封停，并立即向警方报案且提供了涉事主播的个人身份信息。
1月18日，武汉市网信办发布消息，称已经约谈“斗鱼直播”的负责人，并要求其立即停播“户外直播”栏目。“斗鱼直播”的负责人表示，将认真吸取此次事件的深刻教训，加强管理，确保今后绝不发生类似事件。

调查中记者发现，网络直播平台不仅频频出现直播性行为、裸露、飙车的视频，甚至还有用低俗、淫秽的语言挑逗未成年人。今年2月，某网络直播平台一名女主播将一个9岁大的男孩拉进直播室，据网友反映，该名女主播是帮这个小学生借了一个账号后登录直播间。
在长达4分钟的直播视频中，女主播衣着暴露，交流中不断向这位小学生提到身材、胸部等字眼的话语。
这段直播视频被网友录制后进行了包装，一些带有挑逗性的言语被作为特效字加在了视频上。多家网站在没有经过任何的处理的情况下，将这段未成年人的影像肆意转发，有的甚至还用“女主播教9岁男孩如何调戏”的标题作为噱头，吸引网友点击浏览。
“零”门槛监管弱未成年人未设限制
那么，原本用于社交服务的网络直播平台，色情、暴力等低俗内容为何频频出现呢？
家住南京的小雨今年19岁，高中毕业后做起兼职模特，现在她在三个直播平台做女主播。她说网络主播的门槛极低，只需要在网上进行简单的注册，便能立即开通。而网络主播的收入全靠网友的打赏。
小雨表示，网络主播获得收入，通常分两步：第一步聚集人气，人气越高，在平台中的排名才会越靠前，这样也就会被观众越早看到；第二步就是通过和观众的互动获得打赏。有些女主播还会满足网友“脱衣”的要求，前提是要收到一定量的礼物。而不少网友都为此送出了礼物。
据记者观察，登录这些直播平台，网友不需要填写任何注册信息，点击进入就可随意观看。
网络直播很“烧”钱高级会员头衔开价12万
在某直播平台记者发现，注册的会员可通过购买不同档次的道具和礼物，从而获得不同的身份。会员身份等级不同，从最低的勋爵到伯爵、公爵，价格也水涨船高，开通最高级的国王首月就需要支付高达12万元的人民币。具有特殊身份的会员，可以获得与主播单独交流的机会。
李先生是某经纪公司的负责人，他的公司与多家直播平台合作，负责签约和包装网络主播。李先生说，网络直播平台的经营模式是通过网友购买平台内的虚拟礼物而获取收入，再按照一定的比例和网络主播进行分成。主播获得的礼物越多，直播平台的利润也就越大。
在利益链条下，一些直播平台对于网络主播行为的监管，也就变得弱化。
专家建议：监管立法需细化
直播平台对于网络主播的约束形同虚设，而互联网管理部门对直播平台的约束也存在着灰色地带。一则又一则网络主播“无下限”表演的新闻，挑战着道德的底线。
有法律专家表示，由于目前相关的法律对于色情的定义不够具体，导致网络直播频打“擦边球”。网络直播作为新的产物，应该针对其特点，出台细化直播内容监管的新依据，让直播平台和从业人员都明确自己应承担的法律责任。而针对网络直播平台对未成年人的保护存在缺失的现状，法律学者呼吁，互联网内容相关的分级制度亟待出台。
