报告显示，我国互联网接入市场竞争日趋激烈，市场集中度进一步提升。同时，网站区域发展不协调、不平衡，区域内相对集中。截止到2015年底，东部地区网站占比69.28%，中部地区占比18.01%，西部地区占比12.71%。无论从网站主办者住所所在地统计，还是从接入服务商接入所在地统计，网站主要分布在广东、北京、江苏、上海、浙江、福建等东部沿海省市。
