中消协表示，消费者可对照国家质量监督检验检疫总局、国家食品药品监督管理总局发布的不合格产品的批次主张权利。消费者提供发票等购买凭证向经营者要求退货。对不合格产品的退货，经营者不能设置收取折旧费等限制条件。对于有欺诈行为的情形，消费者还可以要求加倍赔偿。
建议消费者关注、查询有关行政部门发布的关于不合格产品的信息。中国消费者协会将依法支持消费者行使退货权，对于不履行退货义务的经营者，将采取披露、支持消费者提起诉讼等措施。同样的退货权也适用于今后工商、质检、食药等行政部门公布的不合格产品。
