吴达君身为党员领导干部，无故侮辱他人，造成恶劣影响，严重违反社会主义道德且情节严重。日前，中共泉州市直文化广电新闻出版系统委员会根据《中国共产党纪律处分条例》第一百三十三条规定给予吴达君开除党籍处分。根据《事业单位工作人员处分暂行规定》第二十一条第七项规定，泉州市文化广电新闻出版局给予吴达君撤职处分。
面对处分决定书，吴达君悔恨道：“本人接受组织上的处理，再次诚恳地向吕某道歉，争取她的谅解，尽量消除影响。我一定从中深刻吸取教训。”
