山东问题疫苗涉温州杭州 浙江食药局发令全面排查
中新网杭州3月20日电 (祝晓艳 黄晶晶)针对日前有媒体报道“山东非法经营人用疫苗事件”，事件涉及多个省市。记者20日从浙江省食品药品监督管理局获悉，该局已下发紧急通知，要求根据山东省食品药品监管局发布的涉及浙江省的相关信息，会同当地公安机关迅速开展深入调查，尽快查明有关情况，一旦发现违法问题依法从严处理。
今年2月，山东省济南市公安局食品药品环境侦查支队查获一起大量非法经营的人用疫苗案件，由于没有进行2到8度低温冷链储藏，25种涉事疫苗的接种者免疫无效可能会感染发病死亡。此次问题疫苗包括儿童用脑膜炎、水痘、脊髓灰质炎等疫苗和成人用流感、狂犬病、乙肝等疫苗，涉及国内24个省市，涉案金额5.7亿多元人民币。
3月19日，山东省食品药品监督管理局网站发布《关于庞某等非法经营疫苗案有关线索的公告》，根据济南市食品药品监督管理局在协助公安机关侦破庞某等非法经营疫苗案件中掌握的信息，共梳理出向庞某等提供疫苗及生物制品的上线线索107条，从庞某等处购进疫苗及生物制品的下线线索193条，其中涉及浙江上、下线各一人，分别来自温州、杭州。
20日，浙江省食品药品监督管理局立即下发《关于依法查处非法经营疫苗行为的通知》(以下简《通知》)。
《通知》要求各地药品监管部门要督促本辖区药品生产经营使用单位，严格按照总局通知要求，认真核对山东省食品药品监管局发布的每一个涉案嫌疑人员信息，凡发现存在关联交易或其他疫苗购销问题的，立即将有关情况主动向当地市场监管部门或公安机关报告。
督促辖区所有疫苗批发企业对疫苗购进、销售及冷链等情况开展全面自查。
而根据山东省食品药品监管局发布的涉案浙江省人员信息，该省食药局要求杭州、温州两地市的市场监管局，立即会同当地公安机关迅速开展深入调查，尽快查明有关情况，一旦发现违法问题依法从严处理。若发现涉案人员涉及该省其他地区的，要第一时间将有关情况通报所在地市药品监管部门，并报告省食品药品稽查局。同时要求各地市每日下午15时前将辖区有关核查及案件查办情况上报省食品药品稽查局。
