我决定立即召开高管会。看着一脸憔悴的伙伴们,我提出一个可能决定我们生死存亡的建议:1、“快易拍”只收取3%的交易服务费,并且在每辆车的交易过程中向买卖双方透明公示;2、取消“易置换”中原来车源合作渠道的服务费收费项。如在交易中有其它费用发生,也将同步向买卖双方透明公示。

这个想法抛出,有人深度沉寂,有人极力反对。我们都知道,这个改变可能极大地冲击我们与4S店车源渠道的合作。这个问题,在3年前我们就曾被挑战过。而我们知道,4S店选用易置换这样的产品形态,不完全是他们想隐藏收费,更重要的是,现有二手车经营的法律法规根本不支持4S合法合规的发展二手车业务。二手车行业的相关政策,已远远滞后并束缚着行业的发展。3年前,我们选择了遵循行业惯例。3年后的今天,我们选择什么?

是啊,这何尝不是我的顾虑。“我们的初心是什么?我们的未来应该是什么样?”我的问题让大家沉默了。在这沉默的1分钟里,大家的目光却越来越坚定。这是几天来,我们的世界最安静、最有力量的一分钟。

我知道,我们取得了共识。
