据通报，患者张某，男，50岁，福建省三明市人，安哥拉务工人员，出国前未接种黄热病疫苗。患者于3月6日（北京时间）在安哥拉出现发热、全身不适等症状，3月6日至16日前往当地多家医院诊治，3月18日乘飞机经迪拜转机，3月18日晚抵达北京首都机场，入境时体温正常。患者归国途中，其亲友已将患者患病及航班信息通报出入境检验检疫部门。患者抵达北京后，出入境检验检疫部门即对其进行筛查，发现其尿液标本黄热病核酸阳性。3月19日，患者转入医院住院隔离治疗。3月20日，北京市疾病预防控制中心对患者标本复核结果为黄热病核酸阳性。随后，北京市卫生计生委组织专家组根据患者流行病学史、临床表现和实验室检测结果，确诊患者为输入性黄热病病例。目前患者病情较重，正在积极治疗中。
北京市卫计委提醒，近期前往安哥拉等国家和地区，请务必按规定提前接种黄热病疫苗。
