By the terrorist attack in Istanbul temporary Chinese Foreign Ministry reminded citizens not to go to Turkey

伊斯坦布尔遭恐袭 中国外交部提醒公民暂勿去土耳其

　　中国日报网北京3月21日消息，外交部发言人华春莹在3月21日的例行记者会上表示，目前没有中国公民在3月19日伊斯坦布尔恐怖袭击中的伤亡报告。

　　有记者问：土耳其伊斯坦布尔市中心3月19日发生自杀式炸弹袭击，事件已造成多人死伤。中方对此有何评论？有无中国公民伤亡？

　　华春莹说：中方对恐怖袭击事件表示强烈谴责，向遇难者表示哀悼。中方反对一切形式的恐怖主义，主张国际社会加强协调，合力反恐。

　　华春莹表示：事件发生后，中国驻土耳其使馆和驻伊斯坦布尔总领馆启动了应急机制。经核实，目前无中国公民伤亡报告。外交部和中国驻土耳其使领馆已发布安全提醒，提醒中国公民近期暂勿前往土耳其，在土中国公民尽可能减少外出，避免前往敏感或人员密集区域。

　　有记者问：美国总统奥巴马3月18日批准了国会参众两院议案，要求美国务卿制定行动计划，以使台湾获得国际刑警组织观察员地位。中方对此有何评论？

　　华春莹说：国际刑警组织是由主权国家参加的政府间国际组织，该组织章程对成员资格有明确规定。中方始终根据一个中国原则处理台湾参与国际组织活动问题，这一立场是明确的、一贯的。事实上，中国大陆和有关方面为台湾地区参加国际刑警组织在打击刑事犯罪方面的合作做了务实安排。实践证明，这一安排是有效的。

　　台湾问题是中国内政。中方敦促美方恪守一个中国政策和中美三个联合公报原则，不为台参与有关国际组织活动说项，以免干扰两岸关系发展和中美关系。

　　有记者问：据报道，美国与菲律宾3月18日举行外交和防务官员年度战略对话，双方就《加强防卫合作协定》中允许美军舰准入的5个军事基地达成共识，菲将向美军开放“靠近南海”的军事基地。中方对此有何评论？
