China and Nepal study benefited from the China FTA Nepal
Premier Li keqiang in Beijing 21st pays an official visit to China and attending the Boao Forum for Asia annual Conference 2016 Nepal Prime Minister Oliver held talks.
Li said China and Nepal are friendly neighbors linked by mountains and rivers, established diplomatic ties has always been mutual respect, equal treatment, and set a model for peace, mutually beneficial cooperation between neighbouring countries. China appreciates Nepal adheres to the one-China policy and firm support for the sovereignty, independence and territorial integrity and no interference in Nepal's internal affairs, supported Nepal peoples to independently choose their development path. China hopes to see a peaceful and prosperous Nepal, willing to work with Nepal to deepen political mutual trust, enhance all-round exchanges, to enhance bilateral and regional cooperation, and close communication and coordination in international and regional affairs and cooperation, promote common development and safeguard regional stability and world peace.
Li pointed out that China is willing to work with Nepal to strengthen pragmatic cooperation in key areas. 中国与尼泊尔研究自贸协定 尼方渴望从中国获益
国务院总理李克强21日上午在人民大会堂同来华进行正式访问并将出席博鳌亚洲论坛2016年年会的尼泊尔总理奥利举行会谈。
李克强表示，中尼是山水相连的友好邻邦，建交以来始终相互尊重、平等相待，树立了邻国间和睦相处、互利合作的典范。中方赞赏尼泊尔坚持一个中国政策，坚定支持尼方维护主权、独立和领土完整，不干涉尼泊尔内部事务，支持尼泊尔人民自主选择发展道路。中方希望看到一个和平繁荣的尼泊尔，愿同尼方深化政治互信，加强全方位交往，拓展双边和区域互利合作，密切在国际地区事务中的沟通协调与合作，促进共同发展，维护地区稳定与世界和平。
李克强指出，中方愿同尼方加强关键领域务实合作。推进互联互通，促进跨境基础设施、过境运输和跨境经济合作区建设；以尼泊尔地震灾后重建为契机开展产能合作，在建材、水利水电开发、有机农业等领域加强合作；在石油产品贸易、油气勘探和炼化、可再生能源等领域拓展合作；促进双向贸易多元化和可持续发展，启动双边自贸协定联合可行性研究，争取早日启动谈判；中方鼓励符合条件的中资银行赴尼设立分支机构，希望尼方提供便利和支持；扩大地方、旅游等人文交流；加强执法交流合作，共同打击非法越境和跨境犯罪，维护边境地区和平稳定，促进发展繁荣。
奥利表示，尼中传统友谊基础牢固，不会受任何外界影响，是不同制度、不同大小国家间关系发展的典范。尼中全方位合作建立在和平共处五项原则基础之上，长期尊重彼此核心利益。尼方坚持一个中国政策，不允许在尼泊尔领土上有任何损害中国利益的活动。感谢中方一贯支持尼泊尔维护独立、促进发展的努力。赞赏中国亲诚惠容的周边外交政策，祝愿中方“十三五”规划顺利实施。尼方希望从中国的和平发展进程受益，愿保持高层交往，积极参与“一带一路”倡议，加强基础设施、能源、农业、金融、跨境贸易、旅游、教育等各领域合作，推动业已良好的尼中关系持续发展。
会谈前，李克强在人民大会堂东门外广场为奥利举行欢迎仪式。全国政协副主席齐续春等参加。
会谈后，两国总理共同见证了交通、跨境贸易、能源、金融等领域多个双边合作文件的签署。此访期间，两国将发表《中尼联合声明》。
