　　中新社北京3月21日电(叶秋曈)针对美国总统近日批准国会涉台议案，中国外交部发言人华春莹在21日的例行记者会上答记者问时，敦促美方恪守一个中国政策和中美三个联合公报原则，不为台参与有关国际组织活动说项。

　　有记者问，美国总统奥巴马3月18日批准了国会参众两院议案，要求美国务卿制定行动计划，以使台湾获得国际刑警组织观察员地位。中方对此有何评论？

　　华春莹回应表示，国际刑警组织是由主权国家参加的政府间国际组织，该组织章程对成员资格有明确规定。中方始终根据一个中国原则处理台湾参与国际组织活动问题，这一立场是明确的、一贯的。事实上，中国大陆和有关方面为台湾地区参加国际刑警组织在打击刑事犯罪方面的合作做了务实安排。实践证明，这一安排是有效的。
