河源市紫金县卫计局昨日向媒体通报，3月4日上午10时，该县中坝镇一名幼儿沈××（男，4岁，中坝镇塔凹村人）在中坝镇欢乐幼儿园由中坝卫生院医生注射了一支A+C群流脑多糖疫苗以及服食了脊髓灰质炎减毒活疫苗。当天下午2时30分许，沈××出现发热症状，先后送中坝卫生院、紫金县人民医院、河源市人民医院、广州南方医科大学附属珠江医院等医疗机构救治，经抢救无效，于8日上午8时20分死亡。
事发后，紫金县委、县政府高度重视，立即组织有关部门认真做好协调处置工作。
3月8日，该县疾控中心对同批次疫苗进行封存。经家属同意，3月10日下午，中山大学法医鉴定中心对死者遗体进行了尸检，尸检结果将在30个工作日后出具。待尸检结果出具后，市级以上预防接种异常反应诊断专家组将马上进行调查诊断。调查诊断结果出具后，相关部门将依法依规对该事件进行处置。（记者曾焕阳 通讯员紫轩）
