  “金融行业的高管降薪力度最大,从过去的200万元降到了70万元左右。”前述人士表示。


  不仅如此,在高管降薪的同时,董事长以下级别岗位也都出现了不同情况的逐级降薪。


  高管退居二线后绩效奖金被取消


  而这种高管降薪不仅仅只停留在现任高管身上,记者了解到,高管退休后,仍任职务的,仍然有绩效奖金,但是,今年这一奖金已经被取消。

  国资委下发《关于进一步做好中央企业增收节支工作有关事项的通知》,其中再次规定:严格落实工资总额和效益挂钩机制,企业工资总额增幅不得超过效益增幅,效益下降的企业工资总额必须下降。


  “现在一系列的规定都明确了一个信号,央企不要总想着涨工资,经济状况不好,是要降工资的。”参与政策制订人士表示。
