Mr XI's Germany hold talks

习近平强调，巩固和加强中德全方位战略伙伴关系，最重要的就是要从战略高度和长远角度出发，牢牢把握两国关系发展大方向。双方要坚持相互尊重、平等相待，照顾和尊重彼此核心利益和重大关切，努力扩大共同点、缩小分歧面，深化政治互信。要密切高层交往，用好现有的磋商对话机制。中方赞赏德国始终坚持一个中国政策，希望德方继续秉持这一积极立场。双方正在加紧落实《中德合作行动纲要》提出的合作共识和倡议，下一步可以把三方合作作为切入点，共同支持和参与“一带一路”和亚欧互联互通建设，开拓国际市场。两国应该积极加强在气候变化、安全等国际事务中的合作，加强在联合国等多边框架内的协调和配合。中德将分别主办今明两年的二十国集团领导人会议，中方愿同德方就二十国集团重要议程保持密切沟通。双方要在文化、教育、媒体、青年、体育等广泛领域架设更多交流桥梁，办好中德青少年交流年活动。
习近平指出，中国一贯坚定支持欧洲一体化进程。我们愿同欧方积极推进“一带一路”倡议同欧洲发展战略、中国国际产能合作同欧洲投资计划、中国-中东欧合作同中欧整体合作三大对接，构建和平、增长、改革、文明四大伙伴关系。希望德方积极参与中欧发展战略对接，为中欧关系发展发挥更大作用。“一带一路”建设将连通亚太经济圈和欧洲经济圈，有利于挖掘亚欧大陆市场的巨大潜力，中德双方可以在“一带一路”框架下深化务实合作。
习近平向高克介绍了中国的发展规划、中国坚持的政治制度以及中国人民选择的发展道路。
高克表示，德中两国分别是欧洲和亚洲重要国家，两国人民都珍视和平与发展。德中虽然社会制度不同，但能够在相互尊重、相互信任基础上推进双方关系不断向前发展。当前，双方在经贸、科技、环保、教育、文化等各领域交流密切、合作成果丰硕；在重大国际地区问题上立场相近，德方赞赏中方在国际事务中的建设性作用，赞赏中方“一带一路”倡议的开放性和积极作用，愿继续同中方开展伙伴式合作。我此访旨在同中方一道，加紧落实《德中合作行动纲要》，深化双方互利合作。德方愿推动欧中合作进一步深入发展。
会谈后，两国元首共同出席了中德青少年交流年开幕式。
