人均每天睡8小时12分,熬夜的首因是上网

而《2015年中国睡眠指数报告》显示,中国人平均每天睡8小时12分钟。

从职业来看,调查结果也符合很多人的预期。根据中国睡眠指数的调查,十大职业中,睡眠指数得分从高到低排名依次是公务员、销售、金融从业者、蓝领、教师、广告/公关人、企业高管、医务人员、IT从业者、媒体人。社交媒体上采集的数据也显示,公关、媒体和IT、游戏等行业是熬夜的重灾区。

这样的结果也比较好理解,媒体行业由于要处理突发事件,熬夜的几率比较高。实际上,媒体从业人员中有一部分人需要值夜班,熬夜就是工作的一部分。有意思的是,广告公关和媒体从业人员也同样成为最容易在上下班路上睡着的行业中的冠、亚军。相比之下,高校老师以及中小学教师的睡眠质量就比较高,加班相对较少,基本无需通宵上班,工作也比较规律。另外,有一些公务员工作岗位也非常规律,朝九晚五,睡眠指数自然高。

海南人睡最晚,山东人睡最早

从地域的角度看,多项调查都表明,海南人熬夜最多。根据上述的睡眠指数报告,五成以上的受调查者在零点之后睡觉,而来自一家知名社交媒体的用户活跃度数据则显示,凌晨0点到3点仍未睡的人大多分布在南方,海南尤其多,占该省用户的57.1%。相比之下,山东人民睡得最早,熬夜族仅32.6%,黑吉辽等东北省份也普遍睡得早。

出现这种现象可能不难理解,因为南方比较温暖,夜生活丰富,晚上吃宵夜的不在少数。而北方冷的时间比较长,夜生活自然受到一定的限制。

学历越高越容易失眠

从学历上看,大专及以上学历失眠指数明显高于高中及以下学历人群,学历越高,失眠指数越高。高消费人群失眠指数大于中低消费人群,收入越高的人群失眠指数越高。在造成失眠的精神类原因中,焦虑、强迫症和神经衰弱排在前三位,这都有可能是职场压力和人际关系不和谐的后果。

发生压力型失眠慎用安眠药

在失眠的时候是否使用安眠药?专家建议,最好还是求助专科医生,判断失眠属于什么情况。如果偶尔一次失眠,实际上不需要吃药,或者因为具体的事情,而导致几次失眠也不需要吃药,只需要自我调整就可以。如果是长期失眠达到了比较严重的程度,成为睡眠障碍时,就需要由专科医生治疗,判断服药品种和剂量,避免无效或成瘾。同时,自我心理调节对治疗压力型失眠必不可少。
