中安在线讯 据安徽商报消息，2月中旬，一网友在天涯论坛上爆料，安徽医科大学2011届硕士研究生喻晓东的论文《当涂县农村外来媳妇艾滋病行为干预模式研究》疑抄袭其同门师兄洪航的论文《皖北农村已婚妇女艾滋病行为干预模式研究》。喻晓东现任安徽省马鞍山市博望区卫计委副主任、疾病预防控制中心主任。经过1个多月的调查，安医大撤销喻晓东公共卫生硕士学位，注销其学位证书，撤回其在中国学位论文网等上传的学位论文；并停止其导师公共卫生硕士研究生招生资格两年。
1、样本不一，结论相同
网友“正义侠客1897”在爆料中说，两篇论文“如出一辙”。
其中，喻晓东论文提交时间为2011年11月6日，洪航论文提交时间为2009年4月10日。两人的论文导师是同一人，两篇论文均被编入CNKI《中国知识资源总库》。
记者对比两篇论文发现。在研究对象上，喻晓东论文为“农村外来媳妇”，洪航论文为“农村已婚妇女”；研究对象所在区域，一篇为“皖北地区”，一篇为“皖南地区”，样本不一样。但在调查结论上却一致。
洪航论文中，“获取艾滋病防治知识的途径”，农村已婚妇女获得艾滋病防治知识的途径主要是电视(95.5%)，其他途径如报刊(24.7%)、宣传画(21.0%)、朋友(20.7%)、广播(19.8%)、医生宣传(16.0%)、学校老师(6.8%)、专家讲座(6.6%)。喻晓东论文中，同样如此，只不过是“已婚妇女”换成了“外来媳妇”。
2、大段雷同，顺序调换
两篇论文存在着大量雷同，仅部分顺序调换。
洪航论文中写道，“本研究创立了符合农村已婚妇女需求的宣传教育模式，这一模式建立在以农村已婚妇女为中心、充分了解农村已婚妇女对于艾滋病知识方面的意见和需求基础之上，实现多部门合作，整合区、乡、村三级计生网络以及乡镇卫生技术资源下为农村已婚妇女服务，利用计生部门农村外来媳妇孕检集中进行艾滋病宣传教育，利用卫生系统疾控部门的丰富的艾滋病防治知识经验和宣传手册向农村已婚妇女宣传。”
这一整段表述，喻晓东除把“农村已婚妇女”换成“农村外来媳妇”，其它文字完全一样。在绘图等方面，两篇论文也高度相似。
3、结论：撤销学位，本人沉默
事件曝出后，喻晓东表示：“没有这个事情。我已向学校作了说明，其他不便多说。 ”安医大宣传部门也表示，学校正在调查处理此事。
昨日，安医大已对涉嫌论文抄袭的2011届在职公共卫生硕士(MPH)研究生喻晓东作出处理：撤销喻晓东公共卫生硕士学位，注销其学位证书，撤回其在中国学位论文网等上传的学位论文；并停止其导师公共卫生硕士研究生招生资格两年。目前，喻晓东本人暂未对此事做回应。
